I had purchased Micromax canvas 2 in June 2013
It was working smoothly for few months than it started to show its true colour
It was not charging than I deposited to Micromax service centre (Lajpat nagar) on 29 the September than they took about month and half to get it repaired and delivered to me on 12th of November
But it was not repaired they gave my phone with an additional problem that they took my phone’s proximity sensor off
And I went to the same service centre and fixed that issue
And then again one more issue added to that list that the screen of the phone hangs after certain period of time
Than again I visited the service centre and deposited the phone this time they given the phone in one week but again they were unable to repair and told me that its repaired and again added another problem that my phone’s voice not goes to other unless I use hands free
And when I complained to Micromax care than they again told me to visit service centre
Plz tell me what to do I now want my money to be refunded
They are simply pathetic
