Firstly idea customer care executive called me and gave me some offer to port my vodafone prepaid no. to idea postpaid , I pick one offer from that. After that I gave my documents and 100 Rs as security my receipt no. is 621 . Given date passed and they are not giving proper response for it, their appellate authoritise no. 9891905777 is not answering and other contact number are not giving proper response
