i can say poor quality managment,

i bought Frontech FT External LCD TV Box JIL 0617 with FM TV Tuner Card last year,,,,,but the serial number in invoice and on product didn’t match,,,,,,,,,thts affect while i went to service center while i have occuring problem in product……big mistake to buy online……

pls do needfully.

and send me original product serial number including in invoice of below mentioned order details
