am rahul from Raipur chhattisgarh, I bought Xolo Q800 smart phone on 21 may 2013 IMEI no. Is 911306750204579 with leagel manufacture warrenty of one year.
Phone gone for service by home pick-up done by company as there is no service center in Raipur and it is done by the company xolo,
After calling for several to xolo care they return it after one month, with a several more problems , They don’t fix the problem at all. And service has not done properly.

Then again i complain it on 28/10/2013
My second complain no. is 310000138191
I call to customer care 1800-30-100-104 and they write my complaint and send me a mail that your phone will pick within 24 hrs but no one come to pick so i write a mail to customer care , they reply me that your phone is with Service center and it will return it back soon. How it is possible !
After calling for complain they haven’t response till today that is 26/11/2013 and problem is still there.
For pickup i call them for more then 20 times, but i think they dont care.
before buying this product i inquiry about the service , they told me
home pickup is done in 24 hours.
and service will be done in 10 to 12 days.
They also don’t bother to give services during LEGAL WARRANTY PERIOD
