outgoing services restricted

My outgoing calls and SMS have been restricted by TATA DOCOMO.

Before taking TATA Docomo plan i was told by tata docomo representative that you will get unlimited std and local calls. My plan is for RS 899 per month and service tax is 12.36%.yesterday i got one SMS from TATA DOCOMO that “We have observed a commercial usage pattern on this number. This is not allowed as per the plan commitments hence services will be restricted”.When i spoke to TATA DOCOMO customer care thay gave me excuses that incoming calls should be 30 minites weekly and you dont have to make calls excessive on one number. Before taking this plan i was never told by sales team regarding this and now they stopped my mobile services without any justification. I am using this plan only for my personnel use and not for commercial purpose.
