Yepme.com order id – 3567089: This order was purchased from the merchant via credit card transaction. on Sep 29th with Expected shipping date : October 02, 2013.
After too long chasing down the merchant via lots of phone calls, they delivered a wrong product as late as November 1st week. This despite repeated requests via email and phone for refund.
Now the merchant is not providing any kind of support for the refund process.
Please help urgently.
