At the outset we sincerely regret the inconvenience and loss caused to you. However, kindly note that there is no entity by the name Tata Capital Finance Limited and these advertisements have been fraudulently posted by unscrupulous persons with a view to defrauding members of the public. These culprits are also using various fraudulent websites http://www.tatacapitalfinance.com / http://www.tatacapitalfinance.in / http://www.tatacapitalfinance.co.in. This fraudulent company and these websites are no way connected with the “Tata Group” and with our companies “Tata Capital Limited” and “Tata Capital Financial Services Limited”.
Immediately upon coming to know of these fraudulent activities and that innocent persons are falling prey to this fraud, we have filed a complaint with the Cyber Crime Investigation Cell in Mumbai and have also filed a suit in the Delhi High Court wherein we have obtained an order in our favour based on which the contents of the fraudulent sites have been taken down. We have also made requests for blocking of the fraudulent contact numbers used by the culprits.
We also request you to file an FIR at your end to assist the investigation of the crime and so that the perpetrators can be brought to book.
We request all persons to kindly take note of the following:
i) Duly verify the authenticity of any calls, emails, SMS, websites or advertisements before parting with any monetary amount or sharing any document/s, either online or offline.
ii) All payments should preferably be made at the branches or vide cheques drawn in favour of “Tata Capital Financial Services Limited / Tata Capital Housing Finance Limited / Tata Securities Limited”. Payments should not be deposited in accounts standing in the name/s of any individual/s.We would request you to kindly take note of the above as also apprise your acquaintances to prevent recurrence of such frauds.

They are granted 15 lakh rupees loan and told us that your cash is ready to be transfer at your account submit your c.c. fee of rupees 10000 and collect your money.
and after that, we transfer 10000 rupees and next day they are told us again u have to pay 20050/- rupees because RBI taking some action on your loan application you have to charge RBI 20050 rupees whichever you have to pay after than u will get your loan amount that is 150000/-.
