we are wooden manufacturer from Jodhpur Rajasthan. Some days before we sold a item to customer from Hyderabad and we send this item with Fedex they promise us to delivered upto 31 Oct 13 but after that they saying that today/tomorrow we will delivered, but they are not doing now it is 07 Nov 13 and they are saying that tomorrow they will delivered now our customer demanding money back for his order his demand is genuine. We are telling this thing to Fedex but they are listing our problem. So please help us to serve customer better.
