BSNL, boasting itself as the largest telecom government owned company has a hugely pathetic customer service cell. AT first, the agent provided wrong information regarding in of the valued added services. only after I commanded being transferred to a senior executive that another answer was provided due to which a loss of rs 250 wopuld have to be incurred. Inspite of that and three consecutive calls, none of the agents attended the calls with decency and on request that the call be transferred to a senior executive, callousness was portrayed. Heights of consumer misdealing was there. One agent even went on to the level of disconnecting the call which is against the rules of consumer forum. Serious action must be taken or else counsumers will continue to suffer at the hands of such explotation.
