Exam fee not refunded by Chhattisgarh VYAPAM

Hello Sir,
My name is Vijay Kumar.I was appling for the post of Khadya and nagrik aapurti nirikchak exam online taken by VYAPAM. My transaction has failed but they deduct amount from my bank account(SBI Bagbahra Dist. Mahasamund) and till noe I did not receive my amount.

I have send them a mail also regarding this.
Please help me out in this
