tourism company is not providing tickets although the payment is done.

Hello Sir,

I am Prajeet Thakur. My wife Ankita booked Samudram cruise tour package from WWW.indiaislandtourism.com for the two of us.
Mr. P.Mariappan was our point of contact for the booking.
We made the payment(Rs. 47000) on 20th September 2013 and gave our Identity proofs to them.
They said they will provide the tickets by tommorrow.
But that never happened. We contacted Mr. Mariappan several times on phone and on mail. Every time he replied by saying he will provide the bookng conformation today or tomorrow. We also contacted the customer service no. provided by them, and got the same reply on it.
We asked them for an explanation for this delay, but they didn’t provide any.
I have already told Mr. Mariappan that I am filing a complaint against his company for this as I now think that this company may be fraud.
Please Help us out of this situation.
