Regarding Invalid Billing & Threating call from Reliance

I was reliance broadband customer 5 years back in Pune and writing this complanin in-context of Threating call which i have received from one of lady executive (Possibly Yes of Reliance or 3rd party outsourced executive) from mobile number 08802189672 (Lady Executive) to contact lawyer named as R C Gautam of Tees Hazari Court, Delhi on mobile number 08447122793 (R.C.Gautam) on 1st November 2013 (10:23am).

She has provided me a complain number 203/12DC and then after contacting to “R.C. Gautam” he said I have bill payment due of Rs 1568 due of reliance and if I won’t pay it with in 2 hours same day, they will file the case in High Court. Being a busy man I had no other option to make the payment at Reliance Web World, Sec 18, Noida.

Now I am raising below mentioned question to you and hope for positive and fast reply from your side,

– Why I have received such threating call from your side for bill which is false ?
– Just incase if i am having any due why didn’t you sent any intimation on my email id?

Just to give more clarity on this connection closure thing,

– I have raised closure request on 25th May 2008 through customer care call center & email. After sending and having lots of conversation from reliance executive on email & over phone call, my disconnection got delayed and resultant charges got reoccured While my all dues were cleared before connection closure request.

– How come my billing amount raised to Rs 1568 ? Can reliance send me break up of this amount, i got to know about this figure from false executive over phone call & Reliance web world executive. When i asked break up of this amount, they totally denied to provide this details to me.

– Why should I pay extra amount to you if i have already sent too much of closure communication over phone call & emails. ?

Reliance have created lots of mess by giving me threating call for invalid dues amount & by delaying in closing my broadband connection. Guess this is your part of strategy to build money. Really shame on this Brand !

And I am sure Indian Law is going to help me.

Shame on Reliance !

    I to received a call saying the same, to call back on said no. but i just ignored as i thought as it is fake call. did not respond on this. please take action on that lady immediately else she will target many innocent peoples.

Please take the severe action for this number. Its my humble request. Please… Nobody couldnt suffer in future, atleast

    I was reliance broadband customer 2 years back in Chennai and writing this complanin in-context of Threating call which i have received from one of lady executive (Possibly Yes of Reliance or 3rd party outsourced executive) from mobile number 09643161075 (Lady Executive) to contact lawyer named as Yadav of some court in Delhi on mobile number 08447122793 (Yadav) on 17th December 2014 (02:53 pm).

    She has provided me a complain number 403/13 and then after contacting to “Yadav” he said I have bill payment due of Rs 2500 due of reliance and if I won’t pay it with in 1/2 hour same day, they will file the case in High Court. Being a corporate employee I had no other option to make the payment at Reliance Web World, Hyderabad.

    Now I am raising below mentioned question to you and hope for positive and fast reply from your side,

    – Why I have received such threating call from your side for bill which is false ?
