Common Counseling- 2009 money has not been refunded.

Res Sir,
I had appeared in the MTech common counseling 2009 were I had to submit a demand draft of 10,200/-. The demand draft was to be returned if I did not make to the selection list.
As my name did not appear in the admission lists and therefore i applied for the refund of 10,200/- draft by sending a demand draft of 200/-.
Initially i had sent it to NIT Warangal as it is where i had appeared for the counseling but they replied that the responsibility had been handed over to NIT Trichy.
Since then i have sent 3 letters with 3 different 200/- dd( 1 to NIT Warangal and another 2 to NIT Trichy) but to no avail. The latest mail I had sent was registered with the speed post on 17/3/2011 in favour of The director and Chairman MT-2009.

I do not know what to do further.
