I own a HP Pavilion Laptop, SERIAL NO. “5CD2201L4T”, bought on 19-Jan-2013 and I’m having issues with Laptop Battery since starting days (“Charger Plugged in, not charging” for most of the times). As after contacting my HP Customer Care, I was told few ways which didn’t helped me at all.
Now when I called them again (after 4 months, i guess) they have been claiming that Warranty of my device has expired on May 17-May-13 and hence I will be charged for the service, as per rules!!
Knowing this, I tried to convince them that warranty of my device should be expiring after 19-Jan-2014, as per INVOICE COPY. And so, in reply, I was told to send them a scanned image of this INVOICE COPY to the mail sent by them, so as to update the warranty status and to receive further services.
Though after replying the scanned image of INVOICE COPY to the mail sent by them several times, it’s not confirmed from their side yet! And thus, no service received yet.
YET TO RECEIVE A PROPER SERVICE FOR DEVICE’S BATTERY AND WARRANTY STATUS (First of all, obviously or they might keep postponing the case till the REAL WARRANTY PERIOD EXPIRES)
Thanking You!
