With due respect, I Aditi Mitra wants to share my bad experience with
Reliance Communication as follows.
I took only one 3G data connection (8100310945) on May month,2013 from
‘Capital Electronics’ (Ultadanga) (WB). I received a welcome letter on
behalf of that after couple of days. However due to some circumstances
I wants to discontinue with that connection due to which I made
payments for consecutive two months (May & June,2013)respectively
and requested for disconnection. After that I received another bill
saying that this was my final bill which I have to make payment for
full settlement.
In the meantime I received another welcome letter for a connection
(9681015760) which was on my name however I never opted for this
duplicate connection.
Regarding this I went to Ichhapur (WB)outlet Reliance store to disconnect
(8100310945) no and to know why that new connection issued on my name,
that i was really surprised the behavior from the outlet personal
regarding my issue. they are representing the brand name Reliance and
on the other hand misbehaving or don’t bother to solve customer pain.
and without listening my complain there indirectly forced me to gout
from the outlet, its a same full activity and kind of insult to a
customer.
I never ever received that SIM (9681015760) for which i am getting
charged and mentally tortured, more over without using the connection
i m getting charged rs. 2326 /- and not only that i got a latter from
High court advocate for making the payment. being a top most authority
of a brand like Reliance due you expect that it is a customer
centric? can i expect a fair judgement from our end? please reply me
as soon as possible as 23rd October,2013 -3 pm in my judgement day
regarding the same. I have been forced for pay the amount.
I called to Appellate Authority (22nd Oct,13) ( Phone No:
18602002011) and gave a brief detail about this problem but i was not
received any proper resolution for the same ,and i am shocked
the they are disconnect the call without any intimation. I already
send a mail to Appellate Authority

this issue.
One this I want know how come two no are activate on my number without
my knowledge. I received only one SIM Card physically from Capital
Electronics (Ultadanga)(WB), Only One CAF form was fill up by me. Then
how come a another SIM is activated on my name & What about the
another SIM Card? , because there was no another SIM Card was received
by me physically.
I am really face a very painful & horrible experience with Reliance.
I am really worried about future, may be some day any king of number
will be activated on my name & i will charged by that.
I will be thankful to you if you would be able to sort out this problem.
