My complaint number is 310000111314.This is to inform you that my
handset has been in service center for almost a month now.I am highly
dissapointed with the quality of service offered by XOLO.
I have submitted my handset,which was home picked on 24th sep having
docket number 803108351243,today,its 22nd October and i have still not
recieved my handset back for the headset issue and camera showing
rainbow patches(quality) problem. I have even previously submitted my
handset Q700 for the same issue on 17th august and recieved on 24th.
I regret to inform that this issue still remains unresolved and
i am submitting second time for the same issue.I am highly
dissapointed with the quality of handsets and service offered by
XOLO.1/3rd time of my warranty my handset remains in the service
center is something rubbish,for no major issues.
I want a feedback on the status,a fixed date when i will recieve
handset back and explanation of why is it taking so long.
The major issue is i am not even being notified of the handset status,every time i call, i am being told status is ‘under repair’.
I want Refund as 3 months from purchase 2 times it has been in service and that also for more than a month now.
I doubt that my handset is misplaced or lost by XOLO.
