Hii I have applied for my airtel prepaid number to convert in postpaid on 3rd of October, I called on airtel customer care they told me you have received a call from postpaid department within 5 min. then I have received a call they tell me about the all plan and after this I purchased a postpaid connection of rs. 250, from 3rd October to 10th October my connection was not activated, on 10th of October without any information my prepaid connction is stop working and on that day I have lost my wallet and my postpaid sim is inside of my wallet, on next day I visited airtel relaitionship center to purchased a duplicate sim they told me your both prepaid connection and postpaid connection is not activated so you should have to found that sim. i was mail so many time to 121 customer care they told me to visit the same relationship center from where I can get that sim I told him so many time that I was not go anywhere your executive come and give that sim, but they can not understand my problem I have that person number but they doesn’t pck up my phone call now, his number is this “9871119563” please do something because of it i have lost so many things..
