Swipe TAB technicalissue

I have bought Swipe Halo Edge Tablet on 10-Aug-2013. There was issue with Battery life, Network problem & Heating issue. The tab was given in Borival (W) service center for rectification on 21-Sep-2013. They have informed that the same will take max. 10 working days for rectification / replacement in case it has to be given at Pune servicing office. But have not received the replacement as on 9-Oct-2013 also. When inquired on customer care, they are offering 3 solutions

1. Need to wait for other 10-15 working days of time to have the repairing done
2. They are offering Halo Value for no cost but it is having low configuration
3. They are providing Swipe Velocity which is without calling but by paying Rs. 3000/- extra.

I have asked to give me Swipe MTV Slate but they are not ready to give that with extra cost also.
Other models with same configs are not in stock as per customer care department.

Due to companise issue why should i wait for my product. Also, they are not met the commitment. They should have served me in all possible ways and they should have been taking the cost hit as well a bit as they are defaulters.

In case, I would have defaulted, I would have been penalized and blacklisted, then why not so with Companies.

Need your support as I have paid but still suffering.
