I was using Airtel broadband since 2011. It was having disconnection problem frequently. I have called Airtel costumer care many times. But problem did not resolved completely. At i decided to disconnect it and get broadband from some other provider. I called Airtel customer care regarding the same and locked complaint for disconnection. I got a call from one of the Airtel executive regarding the same complaint. She told me that i am giving you offer, I’ll put your connection in safe custody, in case if you are not satisfied with service of other broadband provider then we will make your connection active. I said “Ok”. But after two months i called again to Airtel customer care regarding the same that i am satisfied with new provider and please deactivate safe custody of my account. I don’t want it any more. But they told me your connection is active and there is no safe custody on your account. You will have pay 2 months charges then only your connection will be deactivated. I was surprised, then i told him whole story and he locked the complaint regarding “not activating safe custody”. Now i am getting frequently call from their recovery department regarding the payment of bill for broadband service which i have not used. I again called Airtel customer care no. They told me that Sorry, we can help you in this matter because your service is no longer activated. Please help me in this issue.
