I recharged my RELIANCE GSM number 7735955374 with a Rs. 59 pack which gives me free all India Reliance to Reliance call from 11pm to 6 am for 7 days.As I recharged with the pack on 15th october,I received a message which clearly says that I have all India Reliance to Reliance free night pack.But when I called on a std number and talked,my entire balance was deducted. I called customer care and they said that since I am in roaming,I am not getting the benefit of the recharge. But nothing was specified before-hand.I have a message from reliance as a proof.Also, I would state that I have been using this pack earlier even when in roaming.Why was the balance deducted only this time?
Reliance did not give me the complete benefits of Rs. 59 plan.
