I got this email from 100bestbuy regarding a contest for which I had to pay Rs 599. I went ahead for he contest and registered on 4th Oct 2013 for which 599 points got credited to my account. On 6th Oct I got a call from the customer care executive named Rahul. He explained me the further process. He also said the courier guys will call me to confirm the address. I did not receive any call. In the afternoon again I got a call from Rahul charging me that I am not receiving the calls from courier guys. His tone of speaking was very rude and because of that I asked him to revoke my name from the contest for which he started abusing me over phone and his tone of talking was very inappropriate and made very stereo type comments. He hung up after that without listening to me. Then after I went ahead and used my credit points to make a purchase on their website. The total cost was Rs 619. So I paid Rs 20 extra.
After many follow ups they dispatched the product and it was delivered to me. I am not satisfied with this as the product delivered by you is not the one which I had ordered for.
I spoke to the customer care of 100 best buy. They are really very rude and indecent while talking to the customer.
They said that neither they are not going to collect the wrong product which they have sent me nor are they going to send me the correct product which I had ordered for. In other words, he said that there will be no action taken my them.
Also the customer care guy challenged me to do whatever I want as they are not going to do anything from their end. (Customer Care guy Name: Ritesh)

I would like to mention that after placing the order I had called up their customer care twice and asked them to ensure that the product I had ordered is being correctly dispatched. I had particularly mentioned the colour and size of the product should be correct as per the ordered item.
However, they have sent me a product with completely different description in-spite of repeated requests made by me to ensure the correct delivery of the product. The is a mistake at their end. Hence they should make sure and deliver me the correct product as soon as possible.
I request to please look into this matter.
There are certain things I would like to mention
1. 100bestbuy has not replied to any of my emails which I had sent them inquiring about the product and wrong delivery.
2. It is very difficult to even connect to the customer care through phone. One connected they wont resolve any of my problem and speak very rudely.
Please help me with this matter. Please let me know if any other information is required.
