With all my frustration and dissatisfaction, I would like to lodge a complaint against the Airtel
Broadband Services. I own a connection of number 080240961730, for which I requested the disconnection several times from the month of November 2012.
Here are my grievances towards the process:
I requested a disconnection in November, but get the updates from Customer care cos the reson of hiking bill every month
that we have to pay fo rthe extra subscription of smartbytes which i actually didn’t and i dont even require 150gb for a month is more enough for mee. i tried calling customer care for blocking the url of smart byte popups on my screen, they rudely said it cant be done. again i used to pay aroung 7500 where my actuall bill amount was just 2500/-. i requested for cancellaton several times.
regarding my complaint no. 27467330, 27891424 when i got a call from my relation ship redartment and agreed to pay in advance for the next 6 monts where i wont be charged for any instance for that six months and one of the manager spoke to me regarding to mail a request for some following websites she assited with station i wont be resposible for any smart byte activation of my connection and i even blocked that ural in my router.
2013. in january which was like around 4th month of by cycle i was again billed for same smart byte activation and my broadband was barred. after lot of argument finaly they agreed to pass a wawer for that and this happen in the end of my fifth month cycle where my advance of 6 monts i had access only for 4 month and the rest amount is been swalloed by the process negligency, i also requested for cancellation the cancellation the associate said new bill of 1800 has been generated , any how i wanted to cancell the connection i even paid that also, After paying the bill, we have contacted the Airtel Customer Care for
discontinuing the connection but they said that the new bill is already generated and we need to pay it for the bill cycle 11-aprl 2013 to 10-may -2013.
We have also re-lodged the complaint for closing the connection Complaint No 28202308,29764434 but they still did not provided the
resolution for that. Even the connection was already barred from November April 2013
as we were unable to use the services.
Now I am again seeing the new bill generated
The most annoying thing is my connection is already dead since April
and I am continuously requesting for closing the number, but I am receiving
continuous bills. I am not at all willing to pay this bill. This is weird and I
want to settle this as soon as possible. I am highly dissatisfied with Airtel
as they are unnecessarily charging for another month.
Please look into the matter as I have locked the request
