I was promised to get three year B.com (gen) degree in one sitting from periyar university by Model Academy, a private consultant. I paid them rs.15000. after payment, exams were never conducted and no degree is provided. on questioning they said that there are issues with the university. its about 1 and half year. even i did not get my money refunded.
please help me to recover my money.
