I have purchased a croma 3g tablet
model no. : crtx 1125 about 45 days
ago but this tablet came out only
with defects such as dust gathering
inside the lcd panel and when i gave
it in warranty they resolved this but
in exchange they created two new
defects: light sensor was not
working and touch response was
worst. when i again went there with
these two.complaints they told me
that they will replace it and even
their call centre executive told me
this but when i went there for
replacement their some other staff
denied from this. from since 20 days i
am receiving no response, poor
services, false commitments and
harrasment. please look into the problem and help me.
i purchased this from croma turquoise opposite center point panchvati 5 cross roads ahmedabad 380006.
