I have a Tikona connection, user ID 1108098130. The internet services are either not available or at a VERY POOR speed since 05 oct. I have been complaining at the Tikona customer care since 05 October, Almost everyday. In past 4 days, I have called up on a daily basis to complain about the same. I have requested, scolded, screamed, done every possible effort for the resolution of this issue. The moment I talk to an executive, they first say, give us 24 hours to resolve the issue. within 10 minutes, i start getting a good speed and after ard 30 mins again it becomes poor. This is the situation since 5 october and i am TIRED and FRUSTRATED of calling them again n again. Sometimes the hold time and the overall call duration even lasts for 45 minutes.
I am not being provided a resolution for the issue after repeated reminders. They say you will receive a call back within 2 hrs or 10 mins. Which i dont. Since last 3 days, they have been telling me that something is wrong with the roof-top device, but they havent cared to send a technical engineer onsite to check whats really wrong with it.
I am unable to stay connected with my husband who is in MID-SEA.
I am unable to do any office work at home.
I am unable to study online.
I HAVE TO call up at the customer care for a follow-up (without any resolution)
I have to bear the call expenses also which are incurred while i am calling tikona care everyday.
I am LITERALLY BEING HARRESSED EMOTIONALLY, PROFESSIONALLY and FINANCIALLY.
Please HELP!!
