Complaint Regrading Cancellation of a product in IndiaTimes Shopping online portal

Hi Team,

I have order a product(Nokia Lumia 925) in indiatimes shopping (https://shopping.indiatimes.com) and i have received product on 20th Sept 2013. i have requested they for cancellation of the product on 23th Oct 2013 because of product defect. i have submitted the required proof and they said they will be schedule the receive pickup. after contacting there customer service continuously for 10 days finally they said on 9th Oct by 10pm they will collect the product from my address and till date they is no response.

Main problem with the indiatimes shopping is those people always failed in the timelines which they have mentioned to serving the customers. when ever i call those people they wont connect the call to case manager and they will be telling with in 24hrs case manager will call back to my number. since 17days i have called ‘n’ no. of times and the concerns was not addressed/solved properly by them.

plz help me out in this issue. thanks in advance.
