I bought a product ( Flip cover for Samsung galaxy grand ) under order number 6869039 in Shopclues. The product they have delivered is not fixing to the mobile ( and so useless and duplicate ). I raised a complaint for return of the product. But they informed that the product they have send is original and does not require any further checks. I had raised queries regarding this number of times but the response they gave was pathetic.
Please look into this helping to provide a resolution.
