I had purchased a HCL MEU-1 TABLET SN- 912STN914164 IN MARCH 2013 WHICH IS STARTED GIVING problem of hanging i wrote my first complain to HCl over mail on 26 March 2013 since then i visited their service center i sought for replacement of TABLET as i do not wish to wander their service center with new product purchased HCL refused to do so & now my tablet is lying at their Nehru Place Delhi service center for replacement which HCL is denying to replace inspite of telephonic assurance given to me by their Nodal Officer Ms Aarti and a mail in confirmation of same sent to me by their Customer care department MS JYOTI
