Snapdeal cancelled my order after 16 days of promise that they will send my order soon.They cancelled my order now.the product i ordered was being shown available even after 10 days of my order,but still they didn’t send me the product.I made many calls when the product was not even shipped after 7 days each time they promised me of the delivery.This spoiled a lot of m valuable money and time,as i am an engineering student.It stopped me from getting the product which i needed on time and it halted lots of work.Also this made me spend a lot of my precious time tracking the order and browsing other products.This also stopped me from buying another product,as my money was stuck with them.I was also made a laughing stock by my friends for trusting such a site for such site for such an order. Thus,they have caused a lot of damage to me socially,economically and mentally.So i would like them to compensate me for the damage appropriately.

Any tips from readers on who to ask, and how? I don’t have a fannciial planner, an insurance guy, or a lawyer, and my accountant seems way too busy and not that invested in me or my business. One colleague I talked to about this idea thinks it would be better if it was a mastermind group, where everyone is in a different industry and you are all taking turns helping each other, instead of everyone assembled just to help you. What do you think of this idea?
