balance deducte

i’m pappu sharma my mob. no. is 7737999764 my problme is my blance is deducted by rcom rs 11 my no.is service is active of dilare tune but i not call & sms to rcom
3oct.2013 rcom deducted my a/c balance i call rcom complant no.but not call recive by rcom my blance is refund nhi tho me rti me complant kar dunga rcom ne mere se bina koi call ya sms ke mere no.par dilar tune active kar de h me koi bhi service use nhi karna chata hu mene rcom complante no.198 par kai bar call kiya lekin mera call recive nhi kar rhe h mere ko mera blance refund chahiye….
