Very frustating Tata Docomo unlimited post plan problem

I am using unlimited Tata docomo post plan.They have stopped my outgoing. I want to start my outgoing, Theyare telling that, you need to go our any docomo office. After going there, Now they are telling that you need to go our main office on working day.Now i want to close connection, they are telling that, for that also i need to go main office. Main office is 30 km from my native place.

Please help me . I have some urgent call due to my marriage purpose.

Please help as soon as possible.

I am a working person and i have no time to go main office in working days. So , please help me to either close or start.
