I was using Tikona for almost 2 years, I was paying my bills before time. I recently shifted my house and asked company to shift my connection too and I got a call on 30-Sep-13 from company that they will take connection on 31st and shit to my new location. one company person came to my old home took my device and after two days company said there is no feasibility in your new area so they said they will disconnect my account from there end and I said I am okay with it.

Just before some days I gave the request for disconnection because I was not happy with there service. because of there technical issue I was not able to use the service for more than 10 day. Then I got a call from there full and final Settlement department and they convene me to use there service and they will provide 30% discount and also reduce 10 day rental from my bill.
When I got bill discount was not there so I called customer care and they said you will get new bill in few days but mean while I shifted house and they disconnected my account.

Till now I never got new bill but I got full and final Settlement mail where company is saying there is no outstanding bill on my account and that means I have to pay anything.

I am okay with it even though I am in loss of 30% from my amount what I paid during getting the connection as they take 1 month rental in advance.

But now the problem is I am getting calls from there recovery departing asking for payment and every time I have to repeat same thing that I got full and final Settlement mail I do have any outstanding on my name.

These calls are at least 3 times in day and max 5-6 times.

Below is mail what I got from there full and final Settlement dept.

This is a system generated Email, please do not reply to this mail. Kindly refer to the customer care details provided in the mail below.

As per your request for termination of Tikona broadband User ID 1105064169, registered against your name, your service has been terminated

We hereby confirm that there is no outstanding payable against your account.
