I am using Airtel 3g Postpaid Dongle with Rs.450 monthly rental. But for the month of August I used smart byte top-up for Rs.300, so the August bill from 07/08/2013 to 08/09/2013 should be Rs 750.00 + taxes. But Airtel charged me with the bill of Rs 1230.68 and when I raised the request with Airtel Ref No.52967714 they said I have used excess data and so the system has charged you, But I haven’t used that, bill is showing I have downloaded huge amount of data in multiple sessions from 14/08/2013 to 16/08/2013 but I haven’t used dongle more than 10 mins on those dates and Airtel does not provide so much of good speed so that you can download 1GB of data in 10 mins.
Kindly look in to the matter.
