Vodafone’s Sly Move

Last month I was informed by Vodafone customer care about the new ‘My Offer’ plan regarding 3G recharge at a nominal price. I did use it for 1 month.As my 30 days was over, I checked with the ‘ My Offer’ plan and saw the plan is still active . I recharged for a full talk time plan and wanted to recharge the internet 3G plan from my balance itself,but couldn’t recharge it. I spoke with the Vodafone customer care personnel and was informed once more that this offer is only available on easy recharge.

I went to the retail shop and made a transaction of the 3G amount. But even after 3 hours, the 3G plan was not getting activated. I called-up Vodafone customer care and was astonished to hear that I cannot avail this offer as its an ‘ One time offer’. I asked them that its been showing in ‘My offer’ plans and also was informed by a vodafone personnel, but everything went into deaf ears. Lastly they said, they would refund me the recharged amount after deducting a service tax on it. I really was confused, angry and helpless by this act of Vodafone.

1. Why are they projecting an Offer to me, when they won’t be able to provide the services of it ?

2. Why the the Vodafone personnel misguided me regarding this offer ?

3. I had to speak with them for more than an Hour, Why are they so adamant and clumsy in their profession ?

4. I have not received any refunded amount till now.
