i recharge of mega pack worth 2110/- on 4/6/2013 which give me six month of service + 15 days bons but now in starting of september month compy suspended my account and when i talk to custmour center they told it is mistk of your delar but when i go to relailor (airtel customar car) they told dth department is responsibal and when i go their they told me it is folt of customar care and now thay not give me any answer and dth department told your pck is not book by customer care officer but now a day no one ecept their mistek…so plz do somthing i have tired to go to custmer care to dth &dth to custmer officer
plz help me….
