I, Manish Pandey, Owner of Toyota Etios Liva Reg. No. DL 7 CG 8361, R/O 22, SAM Residency, Crossing Republic, Ghaziabad has some issues regarding the quality of service and performance of the car which cause me a lot of monetary loss as well as professional loss. The issues are as under:
1. At the time of second and third service of my vehicle I complaint about the gear shifting problem of my car as it was automatically shifting in to the neutral one on sharp turns and speed breakers. This could have damage my life also but no action has been taken by the Toyota even on the fact that vehicle was under warranty and it was the only matter of second service i.e. running of 10000 Kms. The problem still persists till 45000 kms of running and no action has been taken by the TOYOTA.
2. The suspension of the vehicle was not up to level as it was claimed by the Toyota at the time of selling of car and was the routine problem which was again a hectic job for me.
3. Continuously engine of the vehicle was creating very erratic noise which was again brought up in to knowledge of Service dealer at the time of every service and even after that but no action was taken by them at the time of service. The same issue when I raised with the head office of the company then they made a small effort but it was enough to resolve the problem permanently.
4. 1 Month back I again registered a complain with the Toyota against the poor service and humiliation faced by me during the dealing with one of the service provider of the company which is as under but no action has been taken by the head office and even they started defending their people. The complain written by me is as follows:
I have met with an accident and has given the vehicle for Body paint and repair. The vehicle insured on a zero dep policy with TATA AIG. The claim was accepted on 100 % basis as it was conveyed by the
Espirit Toyota sector 8 service center of noida. Firstly i want to convey that the staff of the dealer was very rude and i felt that they do not want to do the work. I was not even asked for a glass of water. I was using the services of Uttam Toyota sector 63, Noida which was far better than the way of working of Espirit Toyota.
My Concern is with my vehicle. the work which i asked to do in the claim was not properly entertained as the 100 % of the work was not done by the dealer. On day 1 i was informed that 100 % damage has been covered in the insurance and you have to pay only claim processing fees along with the consumables clips. I was chasing the Dealers staff since the Sunday evening ( Rajeev – 9654999314) and he promised me that the vehicle shall be delivered to you on Monday evening latest by 5.30 PM. I was again doing follow ups right from the morning on Monday and when i personally visit the place then i got to know that the DO of the claim is yet to come or may not come today. I was having a very important Meeting with the administrative staff of the Moradabad which i could not be able to attend as the vehicle was not ready for the possession. The attitude of the staff was very annoying and i left the show room with out claiming my vehicle. As I have earlier said that that i was informed that 100 % of the work has been accepted but when i inspected the vehicle than i came to know that some important work was not done by the dealer. When i asked the reason for the same work than i was informed that the work was not passed by the insurance company & insurance company has not passed the claim there was no response to that part and was ignored by the dealer/staff and the vehicle is in same condition for that part this work could have been done by the dealer on a paid basis after taking my concern but as i have earlier said that they don’t want to Speak.
I want my vehicle on earlier condition before claim and want to cancel the claim admitted by the insurance company on my demand as i dint find the vehicle up to the mark in spite of the fact that the Toyota is
known for its quality. I have chosen Espirit Toyota over Uttam Toyota just because of the fact that it was newly opened in Noida and was giving me a continuous welcome call to have a service from Espirit Toyota.
If it is not possible than i wont collect my vehicle and will surrender my vehicle to the Espirit Toyota. You will also be liable for the professional as well as monetary loss which i have suffered due to this. The company has not taken any action against the dealer nor has asked any question from the insurance surveyor as why the things were not covered under insurance when it was damage in the parts not in accessories.
AGAINST THIS NO ACTION HAS BEEN TAKEN BY THE COMPANY.
PRAYER:
I was promised that the problem will be resolved latest by monday i.e. 23-09-2013 but no positive response has been taken by the head office as well as any Toyota branch.
I have suffered a huge loss just because of the poor service by the Toyota as I have lost an assignment professionally just because I could not attend very important Meeting with the administrative staff of the Moradabad, as it has already been mention in the complain marked bold.
I want the compensation for the loss of assignment which I could not get due to non delivery of my vehicle as it was promised and I have schedule my travel plan accordingly. And the replacement of the vehicle as it was defective from the day 1 and was also in the notice of the head office.
Hope I will get the justice better then I am suffering from.
