I have received blank calls from +9322767893 twice ..once on 23-sep-2013 and other on today i.e on 24-sep-2013 . Please look into this and this looks out to be an Afghan number.

I received a call from this. Number.. This is annoying.. There is no governing body whoom we can reach asking for details if we receive an anonymous call. Any one can call anytime and we have no way to know who that is. These telephone companies should keep basic information available for search providing details like to whom the mobile is issued. Atleast the receiver should be in position to know who has called. Now we are in no situation to know if that number is not a known number. I pity this situation and feel bad of the helpless state we are in. God knows when this directory will be published by these mobile service providers. Hope Government is already having this in their agenda to bring some transperancy here.

what i am wondering about is that, it seems that either they are giving a blank call, missed call or if you call back there is no response. now, why would somebody do that unless there is some hidden motive. article states that its a scam call regarding Domestic & international trip but how would one do that without speaking with potential customers so it believe something else is going on.
