The refrigerator that has been repaired on 15.06.2012. invoice no : 6491 – by changing a part (D-timer) – the freeze is not at all cooling.
The person told that after 24 hrs it will start cooling – but it is not working till now.
I tried to call your Toll free number of LG 18001809999 – it is showing continuously busy .
Now it is time to move to Consumer Court for these kind of Faulty Repair & CHEATING THE CUSTOMER bya spare of Rs 1100 with a promise that it will work properly.
The repairer is NOT a Qualified one to repair & has not diagnosed the problem properly.Need full refund of the charged fee – these kind of FALSE SERVICE & the team need to sacked for harnessing Customer & cheating them.
