delay in fund and lack of response

Location/place: gohana

Name of company/service: snapdeal

i had ordered a product from snapdeal,product id of that is 1207087014.
the product was faulty and i had returned the same within 3 days as directed by the snapdeal representative. the complaint id is 3065280. from that day onwards i havent recieved any call or mail from company. despite my regular follow up calls no response from their side. i m always asked to wait for 24 hour n its been 16 days and i m still waiting for their call and my money.
