Dear Sir/Madam,
Since 16th September Reliance Communications has been deducting amount from my Main Account Balance whenever I”m accessing internet. I have internet balance of 45.36 MB in my number which is valid till 22nd September 2013. I have registered repetative complains to Customer Care for my balance deduction of approximately Rs. 70/-, but they have refunded only Rs. 53.40/- and have also barred me from calling the 198 customer care.
The complaint numbers are as follows: 1) 209001362 posted on 16.09.2013
2) 209047437 posted on 17.09.2013
They are not resolving the issue and this is creating me a lot of problems. Kindly look into the matter so that my problem gets resolved and I get my money back and be able to use internet as early as possible.
