reliance 123 3g pack – cheating

I had recharged my reliance number 8287312812 on 16 sep for 123 rs but i go only 510 mb. Again i recharged for 123 on 19 sep again i got the same 510 mb. Pls do the needful or else i will file a legal suit against reliance. John
