Hi My Name is Ravi Kumar, I bought a Micromax Modu t few months back but the Handset was faulty and the Shop where I bought that cell phone from advised me to visit the service center. I went to many service centers but they refused to take my handset then I called there customer care number and they gave me reference to another service center and I went there, I submitted my faulty handset there on 26 August 2013 and now It has been more than 18 days and they haven’t given me my cell phone back instead are giving me evasive answers. I am helpless, what should I do now ?
