Myself Dinesh from Lucknow.
I get a call from Arjun Dixit (he told him as branch manager of india info line,sector 63,noida) ph. 09990256301,08802756147 & 01206470459 noida. He was calling me regarding my above two policies bonus. He was told me you have got bonus from my above two policies if you want your bonus then you buy a policy from Reliance life Insurance.He made a insurance policy (Reliance Cash Flow Plan Contract No. 50406611 & 50365918) in wrong way and gave it to me and he told me when will get my bonus money, he will canceled the policy and the first premium of both policies will transfer into my account but I have not received my bonus till now and Mr. Arjun Dixit not giving to respond to my calls.These policies was gave to me by giving wrong information.Given wrong information to customer and making a policy in this way is illegal and its a crime.The branch manager of india info line(my policy maker) told to me that i don’t to tell this anyone.if i told to anyone, agent will get your bonus and you won’t get anything. Even i did not filled the form and the signature on the policy form is not mine.I don’t need to this policy. So I want to cancel my policy and want to back my money (Rs 84,000.00.)
