Dear Sir, I have booked one railway ticket through IRCTC from Bhubaneswar to Howraha but i have not traveled as if the train was late more than 3 hours. And as per procedure i have filled the TDR on dated 26th August 2013 but till date i have not got the refund and the amount is Rs.734.00. I have given a complain in IRCTC via mail above 20 times but no such feedback came till date.Whenever i have call IRCTC representative is telling that it is under process. So,for the same reason i want help from all your end.
I want the fund to refund.
