I have some pre activated VAS services but I have deactivated all VAS services by dialing ussd code *121*5#
on 10 sept 2013. Next day I got a message from airtel telling that your callertune service has been renued and rs 30 has been charged for the same. There is no help from customer care regarding this.
I want proper solution along with balance refund.
