Hi,
I am using the reliance GSM number “09555328074”.I have done a recharge of Rs 123 for 1Gb 3G data pack on 31Aug13.But the data balance which was credited to my account was 510Mb.
I have called the reliance customer care(*333) on the same day to report the issue.That time I was told by the executive that the remaing data balance will be credited to my account within next 48Hrs.But till now no data balance has been provided.
After that I called the customer care a number of times,but they all had the same crappy answer”Our sytems are down & currently we can’t help,you have to call again n definitely we’ll help”.
You call any time whether it be day or night & you will get the same answer.
I don’t know what kind of dumb system customer executives are using which is down every time..if that is the case either the system is too crappy or the executives over there are not willing to help the customers.The attitude doesn’t seems at all to be customer centric.All they know is the same repeated rhyme “SYSTEM IS DOWN”.
I request you to look into my matter & provide me the remaining data balance.
I want the resolution,so request you not to provide the same ready made mail reply.
I am fed up of hearing the same replies from the customer support guys & thats why I have written this mail.
Update 11 Sep13
Today also I have done another recharge of 1Gb attached is the recharge reciept.But again the data balance provided is 510Mb.
Again another 510Mb of data is not provided.Considering the previous recharge & current recharge I have done 2Gb of recharge ,but only 1Gb data is provided to me.
Request you to provide the remaining 1Gb to my data balance.
