Name of company/service: micromax
My self Md.Shahid Shah from kolkata has Micromax A54 have brought on 4/02/13. In that month mobile was giving problem .First I went to Central Avenue Micromax Service Centre .I went in the month of March,April and May ,but they could not solve the problem.Service Centre later closed down.
During the month of July (Ramzan time)I went to another service centre -141(GF),ANANDA PALIT ROAD,KOLKATA-700014.Till now I am still running for my mobile.Only jobsheets are been given by the service centre people .My last jobsheet no:E030545-0813-4999926.
Today again when I went, I was told to call-Mr.Hament PH-9830616234. He said he will inform me within one week .Till now my mobile is not yet repaired.
I feel this is harassment of customer. I seek an explanation from company for such delayed approach. There is no proper support as far as customer care is concern.
This fact you should tell ( advertise) to customer at the time of promotion / selling of product. You are misguiding to customers.
