Mts deta card speed and signal problem

i am jyotirmay sarkar , lived in college road , falakata , jalpaiguri, my mts data card no 8641840566. in my home the signal is too low and data speed is worst . so i complain c.care ,they gave me the id , which is 31352363026. after complain they contact me and say the problem is solved . but the problem is same . and now i can’t access my mts self care page and cant not log in.

so plz sir , do somthing as early as possible . my cont no is 9851279465
