Dear Sir/Mam,
I have been booked a packers and movers services from delhi to amritsar to shift my home appliances/materials, company name is goyal packers and movers. they committed me that it will be delivered by three days but it was not fulfilled.
However i called concerns like Mr. Sandeep@9311840300 and Mr. Vikas@9899705788 first of all i didn’t get response after calling more than 200 times also when i called them from another numbers and got abusing languages/reply.
after that i called mr. suresh puniya@9899710333 but got the same.
However i called company owner Mr. Goyal@9846082339 and after 10 days i got my material at my home in packed condition. but when i checked all my boxes i found too many materials missing from it it may be cost more than 10-12 thousands.
Also i found my TV broken.
You are requested to kindly lodge my complaint and do the needful ASAP.
