Name of company/service: Asianet sattelite communications.
I have been trying to reconnect my digital tv after my vacation.I have contacted the customer care number 9388800800 and also the local office no.04842231955/397 on Jun.5th and till today,that is 17 Jun.2012 my cable is still not working.I get the message on tv to contact the customer care.Every day I contacted them,and they take my mobile no. and also the mac id of the digital box. but no action has been taken till today and connection still not restored. For every call I make, they promise me to send a technician who will come and fix the problem within 24 hrs. To day the customer care personnel was rude because I questioned about the services and he cut line telling me to wait until the tech comes. I don’t know weather Asianet’s customer support policy is this?.
What is the next step then?
